Baked Chicken
Chimichangas
2 c Cooked Chicken, chopped or shredded 1 c Salsa 1 tsp Cumin 1/2 tsp Oregano 1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 Green Onions, chopped 6 Tortillas (8-inch round) 2 tbsp Melted Butter |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix chicken, salsa, cumin, oregano, cheese, and onions. Place about 1/3 cup of mix in center of each tortilla. Fold opposite sides over filling. Roll up from bottom and place seam-side down on a bake sheet. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Garnish with diced tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, and/or cheese. |
